Cabling is also referred to as electric snaking, rooter service, and other names. It is the process of feeding a cable into the clogged pipe, once the cable has reached the clog, you then use an electric motor to rotate the cable into the clog to pierce a hole into the clog.
This is a dangerous technique that leaves inconsistent results. Cabling may work well on one clog but not produce any result on the next clog. Commonly the cable will push a hole through the clog, resulting in clog being partially removed so the drain will flow, but the problem or clog will return. Cabling Will produce mixed results. Having a cable spinning around in your home will often lead to affluent flying everywhere making a mess of your home and spreading contaminants all over the place.
